International trade terms

Different trade terms imply different risks, costs and liability divisions. We are well-versed in the Incoterms 2020 rules and proficient in the customs, tax and transportation operational details for hazardous goods under various terms. No matter what delivery method you agree upon with overseas buyers, we can provide you with precise logistics support services to ensure compliance in delivery and controllable costs.

EXW

You just need to prepare the goods at the supplier's factory. The rest will be handled by us. We offer dangerous goods pick-up, export customs declaration, dangerous goods packaging certificate processing, as well as the entire transportation process including sea/air/railway for subsequent stages. This is the most favorable clause for the buyer and also the ultimate test of our global door-to-door operation capabilities for dangerous goods.

FOB

We are skilled at coordinating the designated freight forwarders with the shipping companies, and efficiently completing the local segment of dangerous goods transportation by trucks, as well as the dangerous goods declaration, supervision of loading and customs clearance procedures at the port. Under FOB terms, we ensure that the goods are compliant until the very last moment before crossing the ship's side; under FCA terms, we can assist you in accurately connecting with the main carrier at the freight station, airport or container yard.

CFR

The seller is responsible for the main freight charges, but the risk of the goods in transit is borne by the buyer. We offer "the best freight solution", combining the real-time freight rates for dangerous goods by sea/air/railway, to help the seller calculate the quoted price including freight. At the same time, we strictly monitor the loading process to reduce the commercial disputes caused by cargo damage.

CIF

Based on CFR/CPT terms, the seller is also required to take out insurance. We not only provide logistics services, but can also assist in matching the freight insurance plan that covers the special risks of dangerous goods, ensuring smooth claims in case of an accident. Under CIF/CIP terms, our document team ensures that the bills of lading, insurance policies and invoices are strictly consistent, helping the seller smoothly complete the settlement of payments.

DAP

The seller is responsible for all risks and costs except for import customs clearance. We offer unloading at the destination port, storage, and "last mile" delivery of hazardous goods to the door (excluding tax clearance). Under this clause, our global collaborative network of major destination ports and hazardous goods fleets are the key guarantees.

DDP

Clause for maximizing the seller's responsibility. We offer a "one-stop" comprehensive service, covering everything from on-site collection of goods, double customs clearance, payment of taxes and fees, to final delivery. This service is particularly suitable for customers in the fields of cross-border e-commerce and export of new energy equipment, who require a "fixed price" turnkey service to overseas buyers.
